egon can...
now climb up onto our bed on his own, climb onto the yellow rocking chairs, say brrrrrrmm brrrrmmm when playing with cars or looking at pictures of cars, take his jacket off once it’s unzipped, say ‘go’, and say ‘no’ (allll the time!!!), eat a whole kiwi fruit in one sitting, eat using a full sized fork! and we think we’ve heard a couple of ‘thank...
“draw”
– egon’s clearest and most used word to date. and used appropriately, while he’s drawing, when he wants to draw, etc. our little artist!
a glimpse of spring
with rosalie and penny at the tot lot today. there were a lot of puddles and egon managed to be a total boy and get himself completely soaked and muddy! but the sun was out and we couldn’t be happier about it! here comes spring!!

is starting to poke through on the top right of egon’s mouth, bringing with it intense inconsolable screaming fits. poor bugger.
despite this, new words are being added to his vocab every day: shoe, cat, ball, apple. brilliant!
“up”
– egon at the part of ‘the foot book’ where it says ‘up in the air feet’. he’ll also duck down and spring up on command, and we have daycare to thank for those ones!
