grandma comes to stay!
egon’s grandma anne is in town for 3 weeks! already we have crammed in egon’s first trip to the beach and egon’s first trip to the zoo! on a more sour note, his eczema had a nasty flare-up, we think due to too much sun/wind last weekend. but we’re trying a new cream which seems to be really reducing the redness and bumpiness. his compare to the bear pics this month were...
rolling over!
egon rolled over for the first time this morning - we were doing some tummy time and i was rolling him from back to front to back to front, and then he rolled from front to back all on his own! and then he did it again :) go egon go!
4 month checkup
he’s not officially 4 months until next week, but we had the checkup today + shots which again put him right to sleep! he’s taking a nice long nap now, giving mummy time to catch up with the taxes! weight = 17lbs 2oz, average height, head slightly on the small side!! so funny :) he’s doing great in all areas, the eczema is clearing up nicely and i can’t wait to feel...

structuring the day...
so i’m trying to get things a little more scheduled in the day time for egon, starting with a ‘morning nap’. i’d noticed that after waking from his nighttime sleep, he will play for around an hour and a half, then get hungry again, and after feeding will fall asleep. so i have started putting him down in his crib around 9am and today he has so far been asleep for 2...
